During the migration and validation of your catalog on Revelator, we try to ensure that the status of your catalog as it appears on the DSPs is accurate.

For any UPC, our system displays on which service the release is live and from which service it has been taken down.

In order to continue this level of granularity, you will need to provide a status for each UPC so that we can populate this information in Revelator. Otherwise, your users may wonder why the status information of their historical releases don’t show on which DSP they are live/takendown.

Your supply chain partner should be able to provide you with this information.

Please request as much as possible of the following:

  1. UPC

  2. DSP name

  3. Date distributed to that DSP

  4. Date takendown from the DSP (if applicable)

If you are unable to provide this information, please let us know and we will add a note explaining that this information cannot not displayed for historical catalog.

NOTE that this will make it impossible for the Revelator platform to automatically issue takedowns for historical catalog without a support ticket.
